Terms & conditions

All dues are to be cleared within 30 days of order confirmation. Once the order is complete Wholesale Lights will inform the customer either through email, WhatsApp or SMS to clear their pending dues. Failing to do will incur demurrage charges at 10% of the total order value per month for a maximum of 10 months, after which Wholesale Lights will discard or auction the order and customer will have no rights on the products or the payment made and the advance paid on the order will be adjusted against the demurrage cost.
